英文辯論賽流程：
Steps of an English debate
say your opinion
1. The first debater in pros speaks.(about 3 minutes)
2. The first debater in cons speaks.(about 3 minutes)

Rules
The rules of asking part
The speach of each debater should includes answer part and ask part. The answer should be clear and easy and the question also should be clear.( only one question each time)
The rules of free debate
1. Free debate should be around two teams.A debater in pros speaks first then a debater in cons speaks. Two teams take turns, until the time is up.
2. The time that each team takes should be calculated the total time. When one team end the speaking, we begin to record the time of the other team.
3. In the total time. It doesn't matter that how long and how many times a debater speak.
4. If one of the teams uses out the time, the other team can give up speaking or keep on taking turns until the time is up. Giving up speaking cannot influence the score.
During the debate, debaters cannot read the imformation that is prepared before. But they can show the summary of any newspaper or book.
During the debate, debaters cannot leave sets. They also cannot stop the speaking of the other side debater or their side debater.
英文辯論賽流程介紹
每組選手有2人組成，每場(chǎng)辯論正方稱(chēng)為“政府”，反方稱(chēng)為“野黨”，每位辯手依次單獨(dú)發(fā)言，對(duì)所給出的辨題進(jìn)行辯論。在每位代表的7分鐘發(fā)言過(guò)程中，還需要接受至少兩次由反方提出的質(zhì)詢(xún)。與傳統(tǒng)的辯論形式注重辯論中的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神不同，英國(guó)議會(huì)制的辯論更側(cè)重測(cè)試辯論賽中的每個(gè)辯論者的.個(gè)人水平。
英語(yǔ)辯論賽流程
一、由辯論會(huì)主席承擔(dān)
1、辯論賽開(kāi)始
2、宣布辯題
3、介紹參賽代表隊(duì)及所持立場(chǎng)
4、介紹參賽隊(duì)員
5、介紹規(guī)則、評(píng)委及工作人員
6、辯論比賽
7、評(píng)委點(diǎn)評(píng)
8、觀眾自由提問(wèn)，評(píng)委評(píng)分(同時(shí)進(jìn)行)
9、宣布比賽結(jié)果
10 辯論賽結(jié)束
二、辯論過(guò)程
1、辯方陳詞立論階段：
(1)正、反方一辯發(fā)言
先由正反雙方主辯發(fā)出陳述本方主要觀點(diǎn)貼。必須在指定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成。
(2)正、反方二辯發(fā)言
正方二辯、反方二辯以簡(jiǎn)潔文字重點(diǎn)從理論上論證己方觀點(diǎn);
(3)正、反方三辯發(fā)言
由正方三辯、反方三辯分別以簡(jiǎn)潔文字進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，為本方觀點(diǎn)提供論據(jù)支持。
2、自由辯論階段
由正方首先發(fā)言，然后反方發(fā)言，正反方依次輪流發(fā)言。
(在相對(duì)集中的時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行)
3、總結(jié)階段
由雙方四辯進(jìn)行最后陳述，總結(jié)已方觀點(diǎn)，反駁對(duì)方主觀點(diǎn)，
(1)反方四辯總結(jié)陳詞
(2)正方四辯總結(jié)陳詞
5、觀眾提問(wèn)：觀眾對(duì)雙方隊(duì)員進(jìn)行提問(wèn)，隊(duì)員必須給予耐心解答。提問(wèn)階段雙方的表現(xiàn)不記入比賽成績(jī)。
6、評(píng)委評(píng)分階段
7、由評(píng)委對(duì)雙方觀點(diǎn)及辯論過(guò)程進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)。
8、結(jié)果宣布
三、辯論規(guī)則
1、每位隊(duì)員必須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成，超過(guò)時(shí)間按照棄權(quán)處理，并從所在團(tuán)隊(duì)總分中減掉5分。
2、自由辯論規(guī)則
自由辯論發(fā)言必須在兩隊(duì)之間交替進(jìn)行，首先由正方一名隊(duì)員發(fā)言，然后由反方一名隊(duì)員發(fā)言，雙方輪流，直到時(shí)間用完為止。
(每一場(chǎng)的自由辯論在集中的兩個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi)完成，每場(chǎng)的具體時(shí)間另定，每貼的文字在60--800字之間，每次只能提一個(gè)問(wèn)題。)
四、評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
(一) 將聘請(qǐng)五位評(píng)委對(duì)本次比賽進(jìn)行全程評(píng)議。
(二) 評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1、論點(diǎn)明晰，論據(jù)充足，引證恰當(dāng)，分析透徹。
2、迅速抓住對(duì)方觀點(diǎn)及失誤，駁論精到，切中要害。
3、反映敏捷，應(yīng)對(duì)能力強(qiáng)。
4、表達(dá)清晰、層次清楚，邏輯嚴(yán)密。
(三)評(píng)分辦法(團(tuán)體和個(gè)人分別記分，滿(mǎn)分均為100分)
(1)審題：對(duì)所持立場(chǎng)能否從邏輯、理論、事實(shí)等多層次、多角度理解，論據(jù)是否充足，推理關(guān)系是否明晰，對(duì)本方的難點(diǎn)是否具有有效的處理方法。
(2)論證：論證是否有說(shuō)服力，論據(jù)是否充分，推理過(guò)程是否合乎邏輯，事實(shí)引用是否得當(dāng)、真實(shí)。
(3)辯駁：提問(wèn)能否抓住對(duì)方要害，問(wèn)題簡(jiǎn)單明了。在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)沒(méi)有提出問(wèn)題或提問(wèn)不清，應(yīng)適當(dāng)扣分。是否正面回答對(duì)方的問(wèn)題，能否給人以有理有據(jù)的感覺(jué)。不回答或不正面回答應(yīng)相應(yīng)扣分。
(4)配合：是否有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，是否相互支持，論辯銜接是否緊密。問(wèn)答是否形成一個(gè)有機(jī)整體，給對(duì)方一個(gè)有力打擊。
(5)辯風(fēng)：所用語(yǔ)言和辯論風(fēng)格講究文明禮貌。不得對(duì)對(duì)方辯友和網(wǎng)友進(jìn)行人身攻擊。
(四)扣分：凡審題、論證、辯駁、配合、辯風(fēng)項(xiàng)目中，不符合評(píng)判要求和違反規(guī)則的，均酌情扣分。由于參賽隊(duì)自身原因造成的突發(fā)事件影響比賽的，由評(píng)判團(tuán)決定，在其累計(jì)總分中扣5-10%。
