幾種藥物對(duì)高原脫適應(yīng)者自由基代謝的影響

  【摘要】 目的 探討銀杏葉片、復(fù)方紅景天、復(fù)方黨參和刺五加片對(duì)高原脫適應(yīng)者自由基代謝的影響。方法 將駐守海拔5170m 1年的健康青年57人于返回平原前5天隨機(jī)分為5組,分別口服銀杏葉片(12人)、復(fù)方紅景天(12人)、刺五加(11人)、復(fù)方黨參(11人)和安慰劑(11人),返回平原后第7天停藥。停藥后清晨采空腹靜脈血,檢測(cè)血中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)的濃度。結(jié)果 復(fù)方紅景天組、復(fù)方黨參組及銀杏葉片組較安慰劑組SOD、NO、NOS均增高,MDA降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。刺五加組較銀杏葉片組SOD降低,差異有顯著性(P<0.05);較復(fù)方紅景天組和復(fù)方黨參組MDA增高,NO、NOS降低,差異有顯著性(P<0.05)。其余無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。結(jié)論 銀杏葉片、復(fù)方紅景天和復(fù)方黨參均具有減輕高原脫適應(yīng)者機(jī)體脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化、降低再供氧損傷的功效。藥物預(yù)防和治療高原脫適應(yīng)方法簡(jiǎn)便,適合在基層高原部隊(duì)和其他人群中推廣應(yīng)用。

  【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Gingkgo biloba,Rhodiola,Ciwujia Pian,Compound Dangshen on free radical metabolism of de-adaptation to high altitude.Methods In a randomized controlled study,5 days before they returned plain,57 youths defended at 5170m for one year were divided into 5 groups:12 persons in Gingkgo biloba group,12 persons in Rhodiola group,11 persons in Ciwujia group,11 persons in Compound Dangshen group and 11 persons in placebo group.5 groups take Gingkgo biloba,Rhodiola,Ciwujia Pian,Compound Dangshen and placebo until arrived for 1 week.MDA,SOD,NO and it is synthase(NOS) were measured after they quit the drugs.Results SOD,NO,NOS were increased in Rhodiola and Compound Dangshen group,MDA were reduced when compared with placebo group (P
