　　一、考試目的

　　根據大綱要求，檢查考生是否具備本大綱所規(guī)定的各項語言技能。凡通過上海市英語中級口譯崗位資格證書考試(含筆試和口試)的考生，可獲得由上海市教育委員會、上海市成人教育委員會、上海市委組織部、上海市人事局統(tǒng)一印制的上海市英語中級口譯崗位資格證書。

　　二、考試的性質和范圍

　　本考試是一種測試考生單項和綜合語言能力的尺度參照性標準化考試�？荚嚪謨蓚�階段，第一階段為筆試，第二階段為口試。只有通過筆試的考生方有資格參加口試。筆試包括聽力、閱讀、英譯漢和漢譯英;口試包括口語和口譯。

　　三、考試時間與命題

　　上海市英語中級口譯崗位資格證書考試每年舉行兩次，分別于3月和9月舉行筆試，并擇時舉行口試。筆試和口試由上海市外語口譯崗位資格證書考試委員會負責命題與實施。

　　四、考試形式

　　本考試根據口譯特點，以測試口譯水平為主要目標，從聽、說、讀、譯(筆譯、口譯)等四個方面對考生語言運用能力進行全面測試。測試力求科學、客觀、可行。考試采取客觀試題與主觀試題相結合，單項技能測試與綜合技能測試相結合的方式。在第一階段的筆試中，客觀試題約占試卷總分的35%，主觀試題約占試卷總分的65%;第二階段口試全部是主觀試題。

　　五、考試內容

　　第一階段筆試分四個部分，依次是：第一部分：聽力;第二部分：閱讀;第三部分：英譯漢;第四部分：漢譯英�？偪荚嚂r間為l50分鐘，其中聽力45分鐘，閱讀45分鐘，英譯漢30分鐘，漢譯英30分鐘。第二階段口試分兩個部分：口語與口譯，考試時間為25分鐘左右。
