　　September 28th is the birthday of the world-famous teacher Confucius---Kong Zi. Kongzi is a great philosopher and he is also agreat teacher. He had thousands of disciples (students)， including Aristotle. In the ancient times, Kongzi's birthday was regarded as a Teachers' Day.

　　Now, September 10th is the Teachers' Day of China. In 1984, Wang Zishen, former president of Beijing Normal University,suggested to establish a festival day for the Chinese teachers. OnJan. 21st, 1985, September 10th was fixed as the Teachers' Day of China.

　　在中國(guó)，教師受到很大的尊重。9月10日是中國(guó)的教師節(jié)。這是為了紀(jì)念所有從事教育事業(yè)的人們。

　　現(xiàn)在，9月10日是中華人民共和國(guó)的教師節(jié)。在1984年，王梓坤教授，北京師范大學(xué)前校長(zhǎng)，建議要建立中國(guó)的教師節(jié)。在1985年的1月，第六屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第九次會(huì)議確定，每年9月10日為中國(guó)的教師節(jié)。

　　1、我國(guó)教師節(jié)的演變(Evolvement of Chinese Teachers'Day)

　　·"6.6"教師節(jié)：1931年5月，教育家、南京中央大學(xué)教授爽秋、程其保等發(fā)起，擬定每年6月6日為教師節(jié)。

　　·"8.27"教師節(jié)：1939年，當(dāng)時(shí)的政府教育部決定以中國(guó)教育家孔子的誕辰8月27日為教師節(jié)。

　　·"5.1"教師節(jié)：1951年，中華人民共和國(guó)教育部、中華全國(guó)總工會(huì)共同商定，將教師節(jié)與"五一"國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)合并一起。

　　·"9.10"教師節(jié)：由王梓坤教授發(fā)起，1985年1月21日，六屆全國(guó)人大第九次會(huì)議正式通過(guò)國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于建立教師節(jié)的議案，并決定9月10日為我國(guó)的教師節(jié)。
