　　職責描述:

　　1.負責處理、審核、收入實現(xiàn)、利潤實現(xiàn)以及成本預提。

　　responsible for processing, review and reporting ne/mod revenue, margin recognition and cost accruals.

　　2.處理和審核實際作業(yè)成本。

　　processes and reviews actual job costs.

　　3.處理已批準的合同變更和重估。

　　processes approved change orders and re-estimation.

　　4.處理休眠定單和死亡定單。

　　processes dormant and dead orders.

　　5.計算,并且記錄免保攤銷。

　　calculates and records nis amortization.

　　6.關(guān)閉合同。

　　performs close options on projects.

　　7.安裝和改造費用分攤。

　　apply installation/mod fhr.

　　8.更新作業(yè)狀態(tài)。

　　job status in jde system.

　　9.請購單的財務核實和請購單的鎖定釋放。

　　performs pr financial checking and pr releasing.

　　10.負責凈資產(chǎn)風險分析報告和安裝工地小時費率的分析。

　　responsible for analyzing nae report and installation fhr .

　　11.月度科目調(diào)節(jié),并在規(guī)定時間前完成arms上傳。

　　monthly accounts reconciliation and load to arms before deadline.

　　12.負責安裝發(fā)票收集核對整理工作。

　　responsible for the collection、checking and classification of installation invoice.

　　13.凈回收毛利分析

　　nrm analysis.

　　14.季度大項目回顧

　　large contract review on a quarterly basis.

　　15.執(zhí)行合同會計經(jīng)理的臨時決策與指令。

　　carry out casual tasks assigned by the contract accounting manager.

　　qualification任職資格:

　　1.大學本科以上,主修財務或具備專業(yè)資格。

　　bachelor degree or above, majored in finance or, professional qualification.

　　2. 3年以上跨國公司財務經(jīng)驗。

　　3 years or above experiences in accounting or finance position for a multi-national company.
