很多時(shí)候在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上出現(xiàn)的失誤,是求職者所不能發(fā)現(xiàn)的,因?yàn)樗荒芸闯瞿菚r(shí)錯(cuò)誤的。主要就是因?yàn)閷?duì)求職信息的了解不充足,比如說(shuō),你對(duì)求職目標(biāo)的企業(yè)信息的不了解,就不能知道對(duì)方喜歡怎樣的建立,又忌諱怎樣的內(nèi)容。在簡(jiǎn)歷上寫性別、民族本是很正常,但是一些外企看來(lái)是忌諱就很難接受。
個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的最后工作就是排查,首先是自己在編寫完個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷之后來(lái)檢查有沒有失誤的地方,有沒有明顯錯(cuò)誤的地方。而在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的排查上,能夠讓他人復(fù)查簡(jiǎn)歷也是一個(gè)必要的環(huán)節(jié),他人復(fù)查的效果更好,畢竟很多錯(cuò)誤不夠明顯,自己是很難看出來(lái)的。

5, finish the kinds of investigation papers, for example, VALEO1000, process audit etc and fill the quotation from the customer
6, assist the quality department to control the products’ quality and support the convenient and swift info channel between company and customer to enhance the ability of quality control and decrease the cost |
