1. 宣講會的組織水平。
一般來講,大企業(yè)在組織招聘會以前會與學校就業(yè)部門進行多次溝通,確定日程安排,會提前不止場地,宣講會的各環(huán)節(jié)也會經過反復的`演練。而管理水平有限,準備不充分的企業(yè),則易出現一些意想不到的問題,如遲到、宣傳片臨時出問題、環(huán)節(jié)銜接不上、介紹前言不搭后語等。
2. 員工形象。
員工的言談舉止及精神狀態(tài)、員工之間的合作與溝通、甚至員工的著裝儀表都可以透露出一些有關企業(yè)文化的信息,需要細心的觀察。
3. 潛臺詞需用心領會。
如“能在壓力下保持良好的工作效率”,可能是說該崗位經常需要加班,“適應快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境”,可能是經常需要出差,“關注細節(jié)”則可能是工作比較瑣碎。
