如何回答工作中的預(yù)見困難
一般問這個問題,求職者的希望就比較大了,因為已經(jīng)涉及到工作細(xì)節(jié)方面。面試人員提出這個問題的主要有兩個目的:一看應(yīng)聘者是否在行,說出的困難是不是在這個職位中一般都不可避免的問題;二看應(yīng)聘者解決困難的手法對不對,及公司能否提供這樣的資源。順便了解應(yīng)聘者對困難的態(tài)度。所以,求職者一方面不宜直接說出具體的困難,否則可能令對方懷疑應(yīng)聘者能力;另一方面可以嘗試迂回戰(zhàn)術(shù),說出應(yīng)聘者對困難所持有的態(tài)度,如“工作中出現(xiàn)一些困難是正常的,也是難免的,但是只要有堅忍不拔的毅力、良好的合作精神以及事前周密而充分的準(zhǔn)備,任何困難都是可以克服。”
錄用后,如何開展工作
這個問題的.主要目的是了解求職者的工作能力和計劃性、條理性,而且重點想要知道細(xì)節(jié)。如果采用迂回戰(zhàn)術(shù)避而不答的話,面試官會認(rèn)為回避問題,如果引導(dǎo)了幾次仍然回避,此人絕對不會錄用了。所以,求職者對于應(yīng)聘的職位或行業(yè)有比較充分的了解,但是如果缺乏足夠的了解,最好不要說得過于具體,以免漏洞百出。
