面試細節(jié)攻略

1、不要擅自走進面試房間。如果沒有人通知，即使前面一個人已經(jīng)面試結(jié)束，應(yīng)聘者也應(yīng)該在門外耐心等待;如果面試時間到了，進房間之前應(yīng)先敲門。
2、遞名片要把握時機。如果有名片，在遞給面試人員的時候要把握時機，如果你的面試官雙手都是你的資料，千萬不要急著送上自己的名片，以免顯得不成熟;將名片調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)180度遞給對方，方便別人的閱讀。
3、握手要有“感染力”。面試前的握手是一個“重頭戲”，因為不少企業(yè)把握手作為考察一個應(yīng)聘者是否專業(yè)、自信的依據(jù)。如果先前沒有太多和別人握手的`經(jīng)驗，可以事先練習(xí)一下。注意，握手不要有氣無力，而要讓對方感受到你的熱情，要有“感染力”。
4、坐姿也有講究。有兩種坐姿不可�。阂皇蔷o貼著椅背坐，二是只坐在椅邊。這兩種坐法，一個顯得太放松，另一個則太緊張，都不利于面試的進行。建議最好坐滿椅子的三分之二，保持輕松自如的姿勢。
5、始終保持用眼神交流。面試一開始就要留心自己的身體語言，特別是自己的眼神，對面試人員應(yīng)全神貫注，目光始終聚焦在面試人員身上，在不言之中，展現(xiàn)出自信及對對方的尊重。
