寫好英文簡(jiǎn)歷的8個(gè)方法
引言： 職場(chǎng)如戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)，往往為爭(zhēng)奪一個(gè)仰慕已久的職位，有千里走單騎的斗志昂揚(yáng)，有奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)的躊躇滿志，卻被萬人爭(zhēng)個(gè)獨(dú)木橋的魚死網(wǎng)破擊碎夢(mèng)想。去外企工作更是如此。據(jù)幾位著名外企的HR經(jīng)理透露，中國職員在應(yīng)聘面試時(shí)，英文簡(jiǎn)歷雖然是他們進(jìn)入外企業(yè)的“敲門磚”，但是卻很少有人能夠在簡(jiǎn)歷里出奇制勝�？偨Y(jié)了一下大致出現(xiàn)以下情況：
語句多為中國式英文，缺乏一定的語境。
拐彎抹角的說法太多，不言簡(jiǎn)意賅。
職位和薪資待遇情況，表達(dá)不清楚。
比較死板機(jī)械，缺乏有特點(diǎn)與讓人記憶深刻的簡(jiǎn)歷。
針對(duì)以上的情況，英語職業(yè)顧問George Baily (UK) 教給大家8種制勝的英文簡(jiǎn)歷寫法。希望能給職場(chǎng)進(jìn)階人士一些參考：
1：為什么要用英文寫簡(jiǎn)歷呢?主要是向招聘單位因?yàn)檎故灸愕挠⑽某潭�，而糟糕的英文只�?huì)給招聘單位留下不好的印象。這有一些需要注意的方面：
A、單詞大寫
B、句子標(biāo)點(diǎn)
C、空間比例
D、語法時(shí)態(tài)
E、動(dòng)詞用法
F、單詞選擇
G、單詞拼寫
如果你不了解以上說法的意思，很可能你已經(jīng)在以上方面做錯(cuò)了!
2. 最簡(jiǎn)單的但是是最重要的一條是：不要依賴電腦翻譯，及任何從中文翻譯到英文的軟件。這種雜混在一起的英文是非�？植赖�，會(huì)讓你的簡(jiǎn)歷直接放到公司的碎紙機(jī)里。
3. 即使你是一位英文水平很高的'人，你也會(huì)不自覺的出錯(cuò)，畢竟你的母語不是英語。最好的辦法就是讓一位英語為母語的人士來幫助你修改簡(jiǎn)歷。由英語為母語的人士給你的簡(jiǎn)歷做個(gè)修改，你的簡(jiǎn)歷的譴詞造句會(huì)大有不同。
4. 在書寫你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)，請(qǐng)不要簡(jiǎn)單的翻譯你的中文版本;比如在中文中我們的書寫習(xí)慣是：“2007/08-2008/06”，但在英語人士看起來就很突兀，符合英文習(xí)慣的寫法是：“September 2008 – July 2008”.
5. 在申請(qǐng)工作時(shí)，請(qǐng)留心你選擇的英文名。如果你潛在的雇主是從英語國家而來，那這一點(diǎn)就尤其重要。不要選擇諸如“Bobo”, “Fifi”, “Lala”的名字，除非你想設(shè)計(jì)這樣卡通的形象。同樣也不要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造一些名字，如“Brinty” “Gindrom”—— 最好使用在英語中存在的名字。也不要選擇諸如“Mountain”“Pencil”“Apple”這在英語中聽起來很傻。

6. 在你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷中，你可能會(huì)談及你的英文程度。注意!比如“fluent”是個(gè)非常模糊的詞語，往往暗示你的英文接近完美，而這是很難的!
7. 格式規(guī)范。你必須規(guī)范你的簡(jiǎn)歷，一份美觀，容易閱讀，突出重點(diǎn)的簡(jiǎn)歷是很讓人影響深刻的�？斩吹恼Z言很難解釋怎樣才能做好，上網(wǎng)查查“簡(jiǎn)歷格式，范例”或“resume formatting examples”可以給你很好的啟示。記住，你的簡(jiǎn)歷就是你的個(gè)人廣告，你是否能從成堆的簡(jiǎn)歷中脫穎而出就決定于此。
8. 用英語寫作要考慮英語的文化。
在英語中直白的語言更能提供與人參考;你是否在你的簡(jiǎn)歷中有如下的描述呢?“I feel happy!”“I am the best! ”“I will surprise you!” “I had a good relationship with everyone and never received criticism!”以上的語言只能說明你很愛你自己，而不能留下職業(yè)的印象。
諸如“good, nice, useful, interesting”這類表達(dá)很弱的詞語是不需要出現(xiàn)在英語簡(jiǎn)歷中的。
