如何處理競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手提供的工作
Q:What would you do if one of our competitors offered you a position?A:I d say no.I m not interested in other players in this industry. I want to work for Nike because I won a number of races wearing the Nike brand.Because of my positive experience with Nike,I know I d be convincing selling your product to retailers.

答:我會(huì)拒絕。我對(duì)這個(gè)行業(yè)里的其他公司不感興趣,我想在耐克公司工作是因?yàn)槲以┲涂伺频漠a(chǎn)品,在多次賽跑中獲勝。正因?yàn)槲覍?duì)使用耐克牌產(chǎn)品有真實(shí)的經(jīng)歷,我認(rèn)為我有足夠的說(shuō)服力把公司的產(chǎn)品賣給零售商。
面試官試圖斷定面試者是否真正對(duì)該行業(yè)和公司感興趣,或者他是否隨便地挑選公司。對(duì)比你對(duì)該公司及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的認(rèn)識(shí),談及你所接觸過(guò)的公司產(chǎn)品或接受過(guò)的公司服務(wù)。從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)看,你認(rèn)為哪一家經(jīng)營(yíng)者是最具生存能力的,為什么?這也同樣是你詢問(wèn)面試官的見(jiàn)解的好時(shí)機(jī)。
