要求:開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山，內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)短，用詞通俗
格式:
? 寫(xiě)請(qǐng)假條的時(shí)間一般位于右上角。 稱(chēng)呼寫(xiě)在日期下一行的左上角。一般以dear開(kāi)頭。 正文簡(jiǎn)潔明了。只需把請(qǐng)假的'理由和請(qǐng)假時(shí)間說(shuō)清楚即可。 為說(shuō)明請(qǐng)假事由是真實(shí)的，要在正文后另起一行寫(xiě)上：i enclose a doctor’s certificate. (我附上了醫(yī)生證明。）
? 署名寫(xiě)在右下角。名字上一行寫(xiě)上yours，或your student, 或yours sincerely 等。 詞匯：
