求職英語(yǔ)：群面 Group interview

又到一年求職季，簡(jiǎn)歷、面試這些字眼又該成熱點(diǎn)了。求職的人們?yōu)榱耸�時(shí)省力就通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)“海投”簡(jiǎn)歷，而用人單位也開(kāi)始用group interview“群面”的方式來(lái)對(duì)付大批的應(yīng)聘者了。這年頭，做什么都流行大規(guī)模了哦。

Group interviews involve getting a group of job candidates together to meet with one or more interviewers. Candidates may be required to participate in work-simulation exercises. These can take the form of group problem-solving sessions where each candidates contributions and participation is noted.

“群面”一般是把一組應(yīng)聘者集中在一起，由一位或多位面試官來(lái)面試。面試官可能會(huì)要求應(yīng)聘者參與一些模擬工作場(chǎng)景的活動(dòng)，多為小組討論并解決問(wèn)題的形式。在小組工作的過(guò)程中，每一位應(yīng)聘者的參與和表現(xiàn)都會(huì)被紀(jì)錄下來(lái)。

The skills been observed include communication and interpersonal ability, persuasiveness and the ability to influence others, leadership and delegation, organizational and planning skills and the ability to work and contribute as a team-member.

通過(guò)“群面”，用人單位可以對(duì)應(yīng)聘者的溝通和人際交往能力、說(shuō)服力、對(duì)別人的影響力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、任務(wù)分配技巧、組織與計(jì)劃能力，以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力等進(jìn)行考察。
