面試：如何應(yīng)對(duì)面試尾聲出現(xiàn)的兩種情況

面試到了尾聲，會(huì)出現(xiàn)兩種情況：一種是告訴你等待消息，通常在大型招聘的時(shí)候面試官都會(huì)這么說；另一種就是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)決定要不要聘用你了，無論聘用與否都請(qǐng)記得一定要保持禮貌。且看下面兩位是如何應(yīng)對(duì)這兩種情況的。

watt： since there are other applicants on the line， we can‘t let you know our decision yet until all of them have had their chance to be interviewed。

ann： fair enough， i am willing to wait until you have come to a decision。

watt： we will let you know probably next tuesday。 i hope to give you a positive reply。

ann： thank you， i will be glad to hear that。

1。 面試要結(jié)束了，考官說在所有面試者都接受了面試之后才能給出答復(fù)，這是很自然的，也是必經(jīng)的程序，你要表示諒解。

2。 是的，這也是為了公平起見。come to a decision，得出結(jié)論，有結(jié)果，相當(dāng)于make a decision。

3。 一般考官都會(huì)告訴你面試答復(fù)的最后期限，這段時(shí)間里你就要耐心等待了。不要逼問考官面試的結(jié)果，這時(shí)只要做到自信，禮貌就很好了。
