　　近年來，隨著國內(nèi)企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程的不斷加快，企業(yè)對于高水平信息化實(shí)用型人才的需求不斷增長，為適合這種需要，許多高校都開設(shè)了ERP課程，學(xué)生掌握的信息化知識的深度和廣度都有了很大的提高。與此同時，由于高校中開設(shè)ERP課程的歷史較短，以及教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教學(xué)條件等方面的限制，在培養(yǎng)出的學(xué)生質(zhì)量與滿足企業(yè)實(shí)際需求之間仍存在一定差距。

　　高等學(xué)校承擔(dān)著為社會培養(yǎng)高水平專業(yè)人才的崇高使命，同時也面臨著來自學(xué)生就業(yè)的壓力和不斷提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的壓力。那么：

　　什么是適合中國國情的信息化人才，找到適合自己的教學(xué)理念? 如何在校企聯(lián)盟的教育改革模式下，打造企業(yè)需要的信息化人才? 如何讓沒有任何商業(yè)實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生初出校門即得到社會的青睞……

　　這些都是中國高校信息化領(lǐng)域的`老師一直在思索的問題。實(shí)際上，在過去幾年中，許多高校的老師通過自己的辛勤工作，在信息化人才培養(yǎng)、教學(xué)課程的內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)和形式改革方面不斷探索，已經(jīng)總結(jié)了一些寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。另一方面，一些高校的老師在與企業(yè)合作推進(jìn)信息化教學(xué)的過程中也在不斷創(chuàng)新，并且取得了一定的成績。

　　為了與全國高校管理學(xué)院從事信息化教學(xué)的老師們針對上述問題共享我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，北大光華管理學(xué)院和將××××管理系統(tǒng)有限公司在11月9日召開高校如何培養(yǎng)企業(yè)需要的信息化人才的大型研討會。在這次會議上，我們希望通過此次大會提供一個高校教師之間、高校和企業(yè)之間充分交流的場所，使來自全國各高校的教師在教學(xué)方法、課程建設(shè)、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)等方面進(jìn)行深入的探討，探索校企優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)及資源共享的途徑，并通過聆聽企業(yè)的心聲來獲知社會對人才需求的特點(diǎn)。使高校與企業(yè)悉知各自所應(yīng)扮演的角色，從而為中國社會信息化的發(fā)展和普及做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
