談英語職前教師必備的素養(yǎng)

   摘 要：教師勞動的特點以及由此所決定的教師勞動的嚴肅性，必然會對教師的素養(yǎng)提出極高的要求。師范英語專業(yè)因其專業(yè)的復合性，必然對英語教師素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵有其特殊的詮釋。若要培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的英語職前教師，就應當從識能力，素質(zhì)3方面著手進行素養(yǎng)的全面培養(yǎng)。

On Future English Teachers' AccomDlishment

      Abstract: The features of teaching and the solemnity of it must have had very high requirements of the

teachers'  accomplishment. Because of the twoness of this specialty, English teaching has its unique

understanding of the teachers' accomplishment. An outstanding future English teacher must be well equipped

with accomplishment of three aspects: knowledge, ability and makings.
