摘要:隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)技術的快速發(fā)展,鍋爐的應用更加廣泛。對于鍋爐控制技術的研究有著廣泛的經(jīng)濟價值。針對這一問題本畢業(yè)設計重點研究了基于PLC控制的鍋爐實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)就是一個簡單的集散控制系統(tǒng)。借助現(xiàn)代計算機技術,實現(xiàn)對鍋爐的集中控制,分散管理。
本設計主要涉及利用WinCC組態(tài)軟件進行鍋爐實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設計步驟和開發(fā)過程,具體包括系統(tǒng)控制中心的設計,變量的定義,圖形界面的制作,動態(tài)對象設計,全局腳本,以及報警系統(tǒng)和用戶管理和項目安全設計。最后就如何使用PLC控制器以及如何運用step7程序設計軟件進行控制程序的編輯作了簡要的介紹。
本設計通過對鍋爐系統(tǒng)的結構和工藝流程的系統(tǒng)分析,確定了合理的系統(tǒng)控制方案,包括三沖量水位控制系統(tǒng)和雙交叉燃燒控制系統(tǒng)等方案的設計。選用西門子公司的S7-300PLC作為現(xiàn)場控制器,利用step7進行鍋爐運作程序編寫。同時采用與之配套的WinCC組態(tài)軟件進行組態(tài)工作,建立一個人機交換界面,并實現(xiàn)PLC和組態(tài)軟件之間通訊。通過使用遠程計算機,實現(xiàn)對現(xiàn)場鍋爐運行情況的實時監(jiān)控和保護,并且記錄相應的數(shù)據(jù)。

ABSTRACT: With fast development of the modern industry technology, the usage of the boiler is more and more extensive. There is much Economy profit to study the control technology of boiler system. Aimed at this problem, the paper emphasize on the system to monitor and control instant boiler by means of PLC. That system is also a miniature Distributed Control System (DCS). Realizations to whole boiler system gather management and spread control by means of modern computer control technology.
In the design of system, it was textual to introduce a general design step and the development processes. Designing the system control center, defining the variable, creating the sketch interface, designing the dynamic state object, designing The overall situation script program, creating the alarm and protection system, designing customer management and the item safety, this text all has the detailed expatiation. At last introduced that how to use the PLC controller and how to made use of step 7 program software editing control programming in brief.
The paper passing is analytical to the structure and the work craft of the boiler system, make sure reasonable projects of the control system, include design the three variable water level control system and the double cross burn control system etc. Used to Siemens Corporation’s S7-300 PLC as the spots controller, making use of Siemens Corporation’s step7 software to write program of boiler operation procedure. This dissertation aim is passing to make use of this excellent development tool of a runtime software WinCC, carrying on the hardware choice and systems install reasonably, combining to the work craft of boiler, machine and monitoring to request to carry on the applied software development work, to compare with good man-machine interface, formation, develop a boiler system to monitor and control instant. realization to automation monitoring and management.
