　　When you’re doing business in a second language, it’s easy to sound unsure. Getting the grammar and vocabulary right is tough enough! Even if you’re not sure of the words, you can still sound like you know what you’re talking about. The trick is in how you start your sentences. Prepare for business with the following phrases and see the difference!

　　The purpose of this meeting is…

　　讓我們集中注意力

　　當你在說話時，及時的集中大家的注意力是至關(guān)重要的。最好的方式就是給出直接的陳述，“The purpose of this meeting is to decide on the company logo.” 請避免間接的陳述，“Well, here’s the agenda.” 或是 “Maybe we should get started.” 那你會馬上失去別人的注意力。

　　語氣重的單詞

　　當面試官和你談一個問題同時也詢問了你的意見。你應(yīng)該將你的'回復(fù)以 “I recommend ...” 或是 “In my opinion ....” 開始。

　　問一些有建設(shè)性的問題是為面試獲得加分的機會。這是給了雙方一個機會來表明雙各自在關(guān)鍵議題上的態(tài)度，例如目標及期望。多問一些開放式的問題將可以盡早給予彼此闡述觀點的機會。例如，你可以這樣問 “What are you hoping to achieve today?”
