英文面試：關(guān)于對(duì)自我缺點(diǎn)表述

　　作為管理者，你認(rèn)為自己最大的缺點(diǎn)是什么?

　　I'm the kind of manager who lets the subordinates think and act on their own.

　　我是那種讓屬下自己思考，自己行動(dòng)的管理者。

　　I highly value self-motivation,initiative and creativity.

　　我特別重視下屬的.自我激勵(lì)能力，主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性。

　　Those who are self-motivated and creative thrive under my supervision.

　　能自我激勵(lì)且有創(chuàng)造力的人在我的管理下，可以充分發(fā)揮他們的潛能。

　　However,there are people who need more supervision or hand-holding,so to speak.

　　但是，也有一些人需要更多的督促，也可以說(shuō)，必須拉他們一把。

　　They sometimes feel lost with my laissez-faire management style.

　　這類員工在我這種自由放任的管理風(fēng)格下工作，有時(shí)候會(huì)不知所措。

　　I recognize that tendency and learned how to be more flexible.

　　我意識(shí)到這種趨勢(shì)，于是我學(xué)會(huì)了如果更靈活地對(duì)待下屬。

　　I give more attention and guidance to those employees until they learn to act on their initiative.

　　現(xiàn)在，我對(duì)這樣的員工會(huì)特別注意并加以指導(dǎo)，直到他們學(xué)會(huì)自己主動(dòng)工作為止。

　　不能回答“I don't have any weaknesses.”,這樣會(huì)讓面試官認(rèn)為你這個(gè)人欠缺自我分析能力，還會(huì)給人高傲，不實(shí)在的感覺(jué)。但是，也不能舉出會(huì)顯示自己管理能力不足的缺點(diǎn)，應(yīng)列舉可以克服的小缺點(diǎn)，或是向面試官說(shuō)明“過(guò)去其實(shí)我有某某缺點(diǎn)，”我是這樣克服的”等。
