寫(xiě)作英文簡(jiǎn)歷的五大技巧
1、絕無(wú)拼寫(xiě)錯(cuò)誤。
現(xiàn)在文字處理軟件都有拼寫(xiě)檢查(SpellingCheck)，您實(shí)在沒(méi)有理由拼錯(cuò)，否則雇主會(huì)覺(jué)得您連最基本的東西都不去做。因此這是完全不能容許的錯(cuò)誤。
2、小心相近字。
這是拼寫(xiě)檢查查不出的錯(cuò)誤，要尤為小心。例如，有一位專(zhuān)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的同志，他本應(yīng)寫(xiě)Major：Economics(專(zhuān)業(yè)：經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué))，但卻誤寫(xiě)成了Mayor：Economy，搖身一變，成了主管經(jīng)濟(jì)的市長(zhǎng)。
3、避免明顯的語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤。
這并不是說(shuō)一點(diǎn)兒語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤都沒(méi)有，因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)畢竟不是母語(yǔ)，稍微有一點(diǎn)小錯(cuò)，別人也是能夠諒解的。
4、請(qǐng)友人幫忙看一下。
這是非常有效的一個(gè)方法，一是從拼寫(xiě)、語(yǔ)法、句式等方面來(lái)看，有無(wú)錯(cuò)誤;二是從構(gòu)思的角度上來(lái)看，有沒(méi)有更合適、更恰當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)。旁觀(guān)者清，換一個(gè)角度，別人經(jīng)常能提出一些特別好的建議來(lái)。
5、Objective寫(xiě)不寫(xiě)?
有人寫(xiě)，有人不寫(xiě)。其實(shí)寫(xiě)和不寫(xiě)各有利弊。如果寫(xiě)上，當(dāng)然顯得目標(biāo)明確，非這個(gè)行業(yè)、這個(gè)部門(mén)不可，但同時(shí)也就限制了您在別的行業(yè)發(fā)展的可能性。比如，畢業(yè)生在申請(qǐng)像“誠(chéng)迅”一類(lèi)的公司時(shí)明確寫(xiě)上了所選部門(mén)，那么萬(wàn)一這個(gè)部門(mén)沒(méi)有錄用您，而您又好像非這個(gè)部門(mén)不可，您就很可能失去了在“誠(chéng)迅”其他部門(mén)工作的機(jī)會(huì)。但如果您什么都不寫(xiě)，雇主參照您的背景和一些測(cè)試的結(jié)果也許認(rèn)為您更適合別的部門(mén)，這樣您就可能獲得新的機(jī)會(huì)。通常美式簡(jiǎn)歷的規(guī)范寫(xiě)法都是不寫(xiě)Objective的。
